My boss told me he put in for a bonus for me and even a decent raise but the REMCO still has to ratify final amounts. Will see what comes back. I find out the week before the 20th March normally.

For the first time in lots of years I received a bonus end of December last year. Just over half a months salary extra for the half year I worked at the company. And no, this isn't included in my CTC. It's an additional benefit at the MD's discretion.
