I bought the abovementioned machine new in 2018 I think and it has never skipped a beat. Since yesterday Ive been experiencing an issue with the machine.

I can select any of the cycles, it will start, deploy the tablet and carry on with its cycle.

As soon as the first cycle or whatever is done the light in the picture below flashes, when I open the door there is no heat inside and everything is not clean. I then close the door but the cycle doesn't continue. If I switch the machine off and then on again its right at the start again where I should select the cycle to begin.

I have unplugged it for a good while but its still happening.

Anyone have an idea what is going on or how to resolve this?

The Tilt Method
The first way is to pull the dishwasher out from under the sink or your kitchen cabinet. Then, carefully tilt the machine back at a 45Âş angle. That should allow the water to flow away from the safety switch and return it back to its default status. That should reset the error code and allow you to continue using the machine as usual.

This worked for me when I got that error.

Will give it a go and report back thanks.

Is the tap turned on and the hose not kinked, and check the hose if there are filters on the ends.

So basically call customer service. Lets hope this isn't an unpleasant experience.
First cycle is always cold as it first rinse. Something might just be blocked, so check filters. And there is a little filter on the hose as well before it connects to machine (I think!), maybe waterflow is restricted. Otherwise, yea call customer service.

Mine has done it before when municipality had water restrictions and it took too long for the machine to fill up.

I have the exact same model. Bought mine in 2016. Had issues last year, my issue was water wouldn't drain.

Sometime the pump would get clogged I could fix that myself, so I would check that first. Details for fixing this are in your manual or plenty vids on the net. If you want to try this and can't figure out how to do let me know.

I had to get a technician (through Bosch, another guy I used didn't know how to fix) out to resolve and they replaced one of the water pumps. I can't remember exactly what it cost maybe about 1.5 to 2k.

Tech did mention that if the water wasnt heating it would have pointed to the heating pump or something like that....which was a more expensive replacement.

Thanks guys, will have a look when Im back home again, appreciate it.

Do things get wet?

Then it means water is coming in.

So then the problem related to water going out.

If nothing is getting wet…well that’s pretty obvious then.

They are getting wet yes.

I had the same issue, your hose might be kinked.

I have the exact same dishwasher. I opened the filter part at the bottom which eventually leads to the water draining. When you open that bottom part, there is a small plastic clip that you can take off and clean that draining section of the dishwasher. I lost that clip....

Anyone know where I can get a spare one?

If you in JHB, there is a Bosch parts store in Midrand.
