Bottle caps

Friday I was at the Fan Fest in Cape Town and later at the Green Point stadium, and everywhere you buy a coke anything to drink with a cap on, they remove the cap and give you the drink without the cap. So now you can't close the drink... anybody know why they are doing this?

Its due to fifa safety regulations. The same is applied at the stadiums.

They do the same at the nightclubs... thinking maybe its part of the liquor law
