Hi guys, this will be quick, painless and to the point....

What exactly does this mean? Is it with a heatsink or without?

Thanks,

Wait, 1 more thing;

If I'm not wrong, a BOX cpu has 3 years warranty and a TRAY cpu has 1 year warranty.

Reasoning behind that I guess is, if you buy the wrong heatsink and fan, its your problem ;)

Cool thanks man, and yup comes with 3 year warranty.... just one more thing.

Friend wants to possibly overclock the cpu im getting for him ( AMD X2 5200+ ), what will be the a good yet cheap fan.

Pref off Take2 since im thats who im going through

Some of the Zalman fans offer quite good cooling at reasonable prices. You'll have to ask the serious overclockers which one, though ;)

Well hopefully one of them will see this. Chances are good since overclockers go crazy when they see cpu in any sentence :D

Or for cheaper you can get the Zalman CNPS7000B AlCu. I've got it. Only problem is that you need to buy a little addon for R30 to use it on Socket 775. I see you said AMD, so that should be fine, but bear in mind that if you ever switch to 775 you'll need the addon.
