Three years. I call BS.
I tend to agree. Why would the parents tolerate the abuse of their child for so long?

Naturally an investigation should be done to confirm this is happening but if it is, both the teacher and principal should be banned from education. It would be beyond disgusting to allow them anywhere near children again.
About people doubting the three years thing; it could've been due to multiple issues. According to the boy the teacher threatened him, so he wouldn't have gone to his parents out of fear. He could've also not completely understood what was happening until recently, after all he is just a child.
From what it seems like the parents seem to gone through all the appropriate channels and did what they should've to get this rectified in a rational manner, so it seems unlikely that, at least from their side, this has all been made up. I'm sure though one of the other students can agree the events, if it happened in class like the child said.
I am not so little anymore and I told him he **** with my kids I will take pull his lungs out via his throat.
As you are saying it, the teacher hasn't done anything to your kids. You are just threatening the teacher.
If you threaten me for something I haven't done, I will have you thrown out of the school.
Nothing in the above indicates that his brother in law was the implicated teacher. It merely states that his brother in law was present during the time of the accusations and did nothing.
this is exactly why he is stating the fact picard. is because people say the teachers don't bully yet there is enough evidence to prove otherwise. i have also read letters how many adults who were bullied by their teachers as children. these children are now adults and there is no way people are going to keep quiet for and let their children be bullied the way they had to take the bullying from their teachers. time is now to stop the bullying, the scars are real and it's time to stop the next generation from suffering the same fate.
And the attitude sal12344 displayed in the last sentence of his post is also a bullying one.
I told him he **** with my kids I will take pull his lungs out via his throat.
What was he referring to when sal12344 said "prick teacher"?
Someone who was already found guilty of bullying or is that his normal opinion of teachers?
He did say ...
I see one of the prick teachers almost weekly cat my daughters school.
I wouldn't say that, its a cultural thing to not say anything, My Dad acted in the same stupid way for many years. And you just had to take it. I see one of the prick teachers almost weekly cat my daughters school. I am not so little anymore and I told him he **** with my kids I will take pull his lungs out via his throat.
Ok either we are all posting too vaguely or our comprehension skills have some gotten lost with all this school talk but this is what i gather from his post:
1:He was bullied by a teacher when he was young.
2.His dad did nothing to stop it and he eventually finished school and grew up.
3.Now years later that teacher is still at the school.
4.His daughter goes to that school.
5.He went up to that old teacher and told him that he shouldn't try the same **** with his daughter or he'd do some harm back to him unlike his dad that left him to endure the teachers crap.
So its the same teacher that bullied him is now teaching his daughter.
IF NOT then the poster is just psycho and needs to see a shrink.![]()
The school looks quite intergrated from photos on the website:

However if the teacher is calling the child a coolie then the teacher is wrong.
This might be a religious issue. (racism based on religious belief - in other words, everyone at the school is christian except one Hindu child and he is being victimised for it)
If that is the case, the principal and teacher are wrong.
