and what will this pill prove either? the guy will still have sex, i say build larger jails, maybe place a rfid thing around his ankle for life or something
 
I was in a old military base today that is wasting away and being under utilised by the SAPS, why can't they beef up the security a bit and make these old bases minimum security prisons?

I think i should run for president. :)

my favourite is still the prevention of witchcraft act. think its from like the 70s or something. its still in effect, hasnt been repealed yet.

basically it says that anyone suspected of any type of magic, including fortune tellers is guilty and can get a sentence of R500 or 10 years in jail lol.
 
The latest news report said they are suing the minister for 1.2 million. The poor kid has dropped out of school, won't talk or eat and has become totally withdrawn. All this damage to a young person for a few savages sexual fulfilment. May they burn in hell one day.
