Humans are like vicious pit bulls sometimes.

This stone throwing happens so much along the Durban N2 that many foot bridges have cages covering them, especially going up towards Umhlanga.

I'm surprised they haven't stolen the cages. Have a look at the bridges over the N2 along the south coast - most of the horizontal railings have been stolen.
 
I'm sorry but these kind of people are a waste of my tax money.
why why why ? Do we have a lot more psychopaths in South Africa than other places?

No matter how hungry I have been, and I have been a cardboard box poor and hungry, I never ever decided to throw a rock at someone that might kill them so that I could take their money. Wtf is wrong with people like this?

It's really dog eat dog with no regard for life or property whatsoever. The other night I had a breakdown on the highway in Joburg and some time later while waiting for the tow truck I saw two men approaching on the rearview mirror. At first it seemed the were crossing the highway and going over to the other side but as they got closer they started heading my direction. Fortunately the car was still in a state where it could start and move so I just drove further forward until they dissapeared from sight. Tow truck arrived a few minutes afterwards.

They likely wanted to rob and the possibility of harming me was there. Logic in such situations is just to give up your goods with as little resistance as possible but it's getting out of hand. Say you get robbed and as the criminals flee you shoot them on the limbs you would be in trouble because they no longer posed a threat isn't it? Some of this criminals are just chancers who would he armed with no more than a knife or broken bottle, would a pepper spray or other self-defense weapons besides a gun work in these situations?

:( just be ware that peppergrass , if the wind blows or if you are in a confined space will get you as well.
My SO told me if the car can still go I'm not to stop until I reach a garage or home. The damage to the car can be fixed.
Makes me sick, it sounds horrible but we are under attack from criminals.

Just a hypothetical question, how would one claim from insurance regarding this, id need proof? And get raped afterwards by premium hike?

Would i fill in accident or a criminal charge
(Not that it would help whatsoever).
