I said you are welcome to give it a stabAaah but you see I shant do it alone will come with 2 other guys that will stab you in the back while I stab you in the chest, makes it infinately easierWords do a lot less damage than knives, care to put that to the test?
I said you are welcome to give it a stab![]()
Not the wittiest of responses, anc supporter?
That your best shot?
Think I'll wait on something a bit more, um, witty!
I see that your ability to mimmick the words from my posts is amazing, but if we could stay on point that would be grand...
My final words on this is that yes to use the word was incorrect as some people aren't as evolved as others and therefore find words to be something that is worth killing somone over. But, I highly doubt that the boy that stabbed this guy had any reason to be offended, I mean because of what happened 20 years ago this guy will be getting an executive position or even a position in government now that he might go to jail and all.
then why is not every ANC supporter in government or holding an executive position?
he might have had reason to be offended, here we think the thrid party is solely to blame, but what racism has he had to endure to get so worked up about it?
not saying it's right, but people always make the easiest conclusions![]()
It isn't the easiest conclusion its the most logical, what kind of racism could he a 15 year old boy have experienced? I highly doubt that he wasn't allowed into a blacks only press conference, I am sure he wasn't denied a job because of AA or BBEEE or BEE? He has no reason to get offended to the extent where he goes and stabs someone. Obviously what happened here is that he got worked up tried to strong arm the whitie got KTFO and tryng to act big in front of his friends stabbed someone! Now because this is SA he will cry RECISM and that will be his defense which will no doubt get him off scott free as is the culture in SA these days...
if i'm not mistaken a 15 year old boy last year dressed up like a slipknot member and killed people with a sword. i also have witnessed racism my whole life, but people's experiences are different. what i mean is school is a nasty place for bullying and racism to flourish. why would a 15 year old be carrying a knife anyway?isn't any community supportive of someone they love?
OK so let me get this right, Slipknot is now the poster band for Recism? Therefore this "white" kid dressing up as one of their members is an unequivable act of recism? Wow and here I thought they were a cool band, I must be a recist, I should be stabbed...
I am sorry but I was in school not that long ago and I never saw any racism, I was fully integrated I think there was 3 white kids in my class and no one was racist at all? Your views are biased and ilogical...
no, i'm saying that even kids at 15 can be mentally abused and messed up. we were discussing age, i was just mentioning the highlights of the articles. now that we have clarified that this wasn't racism, why did he kill and harm those people?
i went to an afrikaans school, and have just had different experiences than you. i've heard white prefects say to black kids "now get out of here" and turn around and mumble under his breath "before i forget what skin colour i am". purely my experiences, but just becoz YOUR school didn't have racism, does that mean no school in south africa is going to experience racism? that sounds a lot more illogical to me
how did they knwo the words "boertjie" and "kaffetrjie" anyway if kids at that age had no real experience with racism?
Now you are confusing experience with knowing of, they know about those words because obviously it is our history, but to really experience racism to the degree where it is justifiable to stab someone they would have had to live through apartheid.
Your experiences I assure you are less common practice than a metro cop that doesn't take a bribe...

Which makes it all the more lamentable that two young people, who turned those words into ones of friendship were thrust in the spotlight and made into social pariahs (of a sort - don't go quoting me exclusively on that word...). Isn't nicer to see the k word being used between friends? Seriously, think about it... if more and more black/white kids started using the word as a greeting of peace and friendship - as opposed to one laced with hatred... How much quicker could our differences be put aside.
Unfortunately, we as humans tend to clung to the past and transfer our on views on the younger generations... Oh well... Rome wasn't built in a day. There is hope yet - and these two boys are proof of that. The dude who stabbed the boy should be going to jail though. There is no justification for stabbing someone unless it was in self-defence. Klaar.
We once bliksemed a white guy at tech for the exact same thing. He never did it again. These kids took it too far though.
A racist but "good-natured" greeting
What do you not understand? they greeted each other in what some may call a racist way but to them it was more a joke than racist.
