That's what led to the SA Government's requirement that all items from Israel having to be labelled as such. The consumer can then exercise his/her freedom of choice.

Perhaps if the boycotters had some morals in the first place?
Then perhaps I would think differently.
Problem is they the supporters only jump up and down when its Israel.
What about Syria? Iraq? The list goes on and on

If you know of businesses that buy a lot of Syrian products I think you would have no problem getting people to support a boycott..

You cannot force people to care about all the wrongs in the world. People get involved in causes that they feel are close to them.
If people choose to concentrate their efforts on trying to right a particular wrong it should not matter that they don't show the same passion for others wrongs.

Do you blame people who give to Cancer charities for not giving the same amount to Aids research?

This is true, when I was in Israel 14 years ago, was surprised at how much produce went to Gaza. Heck, on the moshav I worked on picking mangoes, the packing house was basically all Palestinians, employed by an Israeli farmer. If the boycott actually worked, the Israeli farmer would go out of business, and put a bunch of Palestinians out of work as well... and I am fairly certain he wasn't the only farmer employing Palestinians. The funny thing was, there was not bias/segregation between Israelis and Palestinians here, they actual got on quite well, regardless of their religious differences.

I read an interesting report on IHS Janes that Hamas had received recognition by both Fatah and the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) in Ramallah to support their opposition and attacks against Israel, as being anonymously reported by an individual in the Palestinian Authority (PA) up in the top brass. This is a broken alliance between Israel and the PLO (Fatah being a member) and also an indicator to the high-level support the Palestinian peoples are giving to Hamas, and the possible reason behind the Fatah and Hamas unity. This is a danger to the innocent Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the Israeli State.

This is history catching up… and many people (true activists) are supporting the Palestinian peoples, which is good, but indirectly carrying Hamas support as well. <- #freegaza

-Destroy any recordings of U2, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Bruce Springsteen, Beck, Rihanna Coldplay and any artist whose music has been recorded using the sound technology of the Grammy Award winning Israeli company Wave Audio. You also must get rid of any personal copies of Shrek, American Beauty and Star Wars. Do not trust anything recorded by Sony, JVC, Toshiba or Dell.

-Don’t go to see The Black Swan with Natalie Portman, or watch any old films withElizabeth Taylor - both lovers of the Jewish State.

-Do not stay in hotels or visit shopping centers owned by Israeli companies (sorry, you will need to check which ones yourself).

-Do not have anything to do with the banks who are using Israeli software to prevent fraud.

The point of a boycott is to create awareness. Do you honestly think Boycotting woolies is going to destroy the Israel economy?

The point is to let the rest of the nation ask why is there a boycott and from there BDS can explain what atrocities the israeli state are committing.
 
BTW the whole interest system was stolen from muslim mathematicians by Fibonacci. The whole worlds financial system is based on this.
