Hi Lament, thanks :)

The GOURMET's are an import so there's no local agent. Most of the motors, including the CHEF® are designed to slide into a standard sized bracket. If you can check that your braai has the bracket, and measure or maybe even give us a pic, or both, we should be able to make a plan for you.

Anyone remember that Castle ad with the okes braaing on the top a building in the US? Best braai for me consists of beer, tongs, Springbok Nude Girls in the background and a fat steak on the coals!

I have a quick question that I constantly get different answers to.

Is it okay to use wood in a kettle braai?

LOL, at the risk of being blasted by supreme beings on high horses, we do. Check out the Barbecook stuff :). It's ossim
OK, I prolly should have checked first. Apart from the price, what's the difference between the two? Only size?

Hahahaha! Coal?

There's nothing funny about wood and a kettle braai.

But seriously, some people say you should only use coal, others say you can use wood, even others say I should just stop braaing all together because I have no idea what I'm doing.
