If you do some permutations in terms of the semi-finals, this game is very important actually: This match will determine who meet Argentina/Germany/England/Paraguay in the SEMIs already vs going up against most of the underdogs of the tournament (USA/Korea/Holland/Ghana/Slovakia etc).

In short, if Brazil lose, they will need to play Argentina in the semi-finals (assuming argentina goes all the way).
