Well Zuma has had since March to answer questions and failed to do so, at the 11th hour wants to reinvent the wheel and interrogate witnesses that gave evidence, now comes with an interdict.

Thuli want to publish the interim findings before she leaves which no doubt would implicate Zuma .

Her replacement is a Zuma supporter so Zuma is safe once she goes. His only problem in the meantime is to prevent her from publishing the interim findings . The only way he do so is use the courts to tie her up until she is replaced. That way the interim report never sees the light of day irrespective of the result of any court case as when her tenure has ended she cannot publish it.

Delays is such an effective lawyer trick and combined with Zuma's strategic deployments it makes him untouchable.

Our only hope left for the interim findings report being released to the public is if she leaks it to wikileaks.

I can almost 100% bet she will take a cushy job at the UN or some other US or international organisation or non profit when her term ends. She doesn't want to be held up in legal court cases in SA that has possible jail time.
