Is it just me or do all actors in British shows who are portrayed as Americans seem to have fake accents? Whether they are really American or not. It first bugged me in Four Weddings and a Funeral. I'm clearly bored.

Anybody watching breeders?

Brilliant stuff:

Thanks for the recommendation. Watched the first 2 eps last night - hilarious!
The wife and I were almost on the floor with that first episode.

(Probably be fairly amusing for non-parents, but if you have a kid, this is the funniest **** ever)

Keep scrolling past it on my Emby recently updated timeline. Might start it tonight... MightyQuin’s recommendations seldom disappoint.

On the other hand the Brits and Aussies have nailed the American accent.
Can't tell who's a yankie and who isn't.

Have to say I binned Breeders. Couldn't get past all the unnecessary swearing in the first five minutes.

Binging through all ten series of Spooks though, love a fresh and young Keeley Hawes.

I know you Keeley fans reference Bodyguard and Spooks but did y'all see Line of Duty S2?

That was my introduction to her and its like being a Charlize Theron in 2003 with Monster.

Check her out here in ALL her glory..

PS. The fact that she's also Lara Croft's voice...damn, makes it even more sexy.

Y'all need to stop perving on Keeley.

She's mine- you can look but don't touch.

Ps: She called, said she really has a thing for older guys,

She's 20 years younger than you...and guess what: she's married to Tom of "Succession"....interesting combo indeed.

That's the thing. It's very necessary. That's almost exactly my experience (obviously exaggerated for comedic effect. Although maybe not, I only have 1 kid...).
Eg. "I am a rational, patient, calm human being". Kid pushes all my buttons for 5 minutes. "I am an insane, psychopath WTF is that laaitie doing jou ma..." etc. etc.)

I'm certainly not denying the reality of the situation it's just that I can choose what to watch. I feel sorry for all the parents in lock-down with small kids. Thumbs up to you guys.

First episode of Killing Eve season 3 hit the BBC iPlayer last night. Looks like a weekly release.

Also, a new 3 part drama that I’ve been dying to see started on ITV last night. Based on the Who Wants to be a Millionaire coughing scandal that I remember watching at the time. Michael Sheen plays the host Chris Tarrant.

As an FYI, I grabbed both of these from r/UKTVLAND on reddit.
