Started watching The Game last night. I love these "dry" spy stories based during the late 70's and early 80's. Good old Cold War espionage stuff. Few explosions and a lot of thinking and strategy.

Like Deutschland 83.

I will give it a go - I'm used to the speed of British and European dramas but John le Carré pushes my limits.

A new season of "New Tricks" started this week.

And "Partners in Crime" (set in the early 50's UK & based on the Agatha Christie novels) is definitely worth a watch.

My wife loves this, two of her favourite actors. Jessica Raine is quite hot to say the least. She's of Call the Midwife fame.

Not my cup of tea. Stories may be good, but I would prefer a more modern remake when it comes to script, acting and production.
