British series, mini-series and dramas .....

My real issue with the fall are the inconsistencies with the way the cops operate. So far from reality.

pfffft
wot is eTV, you pros are going to have to educate me. You watch on devices with tuners still?
:D

Started watching Grantchester on showmax over the weekend. Really decent show of the detective variety.

Started watching Stephen Fry's new comedy called 'The Great Indoors'. It's not British but Fry is a legend but I can't see it lasting more than one season. Run of the mill really. I see that it's just contracted a full season but I still can't see it lasting.

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that current British TV series have dried up recently. I'm mostly getting USA stuff now.

Still watching Norton on a weekly basis though.

The Great Indoors

I liked the first episode, but yes can't see it lasting either.

Both British and Scandinavian are dry at the moment. Also watching Graham Norton and started with the odd episode of Jonathan Ross, but not sure if it's his heavy accent or just a lisp :erm:

Closest decent thing to UK show at moment is Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency, but that is BBC America. Otherwise US shows here as well. Walking Dead, Ash, Billions ...

The Crown ... royals ... not my cup of tea :)
Dark Angel only scores a 6.8 / 10. My radar only responds to new shows with at least an 8 (trying to avoid any weeds) Actually working our pretty well so far :D

I would make an exception for Dark Angel. It's only two parts and worth way more than 6.8
