Started Drummer Girl yesterday. Michael Shannon is outstanding and will surely be up for some awards. But what impressed me was the incredible cinematography and set design.
Made me want to hop on a plane and fly to Greece and Austria.

Looking forward to this. Shannon is a really strong actor and I love this kind of story.

Similar tone as the The Night Manager but appears to be a lot more complex.

I have slept through the last 2 episodes of Homecoming, so maybe I should change to this.

Then again, this time of year I'm exhausted, so it's probably me, not the show.

It's also slow going at times but it's a quality production with eye popping colours.

All agreed I just find Skarsgard quite annoying in this role. He also did the quiet schtick in Netflix's Mute (meh) and maybe I'm reminded too much of that to actually enjoy his role here.

Mute was just bad overall. Have you watched Big Little Lies?
Probably his best role so far.
