Just got a sms from them saying that because of demand for GoW3 Ltd that my order has been put onto reserve. WTF! I can’t believe this! My order was ages ago and now they start with this sh*t.

Ignore it. Go with your original confirmation early on release day. They are not very organised and don't seem to check always. Insist ...

hope most who pre-ordered got there sms's today about midnight launch on monday night, big batch of sms's were sent out and few friends also confirm this, for others, message reads:

"GEARS OF WAR WITH [DLC ITEM ORDERD] SAVAGE GRENADIER DLC due for release 20th September, Prr-order customers join us for a midnight launch 19th September, Price R499.00. BT Games"

non the less thats a good damm price for a new title, specially being Gears...whoooo, 5 more days

I am going to the midnight launch at Cape Gate but I only ordered the normal edition. The LE does not really have anything special.

in conclusion they didn't stuff up the pre-order, didn't give them a chance, phoned, confirmed stock, phoned again and collected but in future will stick to kalahari and have less issues.
