I don't quite get this. Does this mean I can claim back VAT from governmint as long as my turnover is less than R1mill? LOL.

no such Agency trev, although you may as well give it to them because giving it to the Universal Service and Access Agency of SA (USAASA) will be throwing it down a black hole

+ a couple of hundred mil to Sentech to roll out a WiMax network to 500 schools
