Buffalo Logistics/Banggood and Customs

Eventually emailed them on [email protected].
No response, but less than an hour later, my 3 "stuck" orders were consolidated into 1, and changed to "In transit". Maybe a coincidence, maybe not...
 
very strange issue from banggood....been using them (and tax free shipping),
for a long time...and its definitely a first.

I am trying to order a new mini PC for me and my dad....if i choose 1, i get the tax free option if i choose 2 it default to express shipping (and thats the only option.)

any idea?is there a maximum amount on tax free shipping?i guess i will do 2 orders...its just stupid! lol

Indeed, there is a size/weight limit from what I have seen. Would select random items, and at a certain point it would default to the express/alternative shipping option.
 
They are taking forever with my current order.

The last couple of orders from them has taken longer than usual.

they have only 4 people sending out and sorting orders, as well as other difficulties due to covid infections.
only 1 person on their whatsapp.

Good morning people I have not got my parcel,I was supposed to get it on the 25 September n they said it was send to the wrong address I will get it on the 1st of October until now am still waiting.. Please help me my customers are fighting with me they want their money they think I scammed them

So what happens when your status says "in transit" for a long time? Like for 3 weeks in transit?please help guys
 
I am starting to really lose my patience with Buffalo Logistics and paxi.
I got the following message:
PAXI :) BUFFALO LOGISTICS has allocated your parcel xxxx to PAXI for delivery at XXX PEP MELKBOSSTRAND BIRKENHEAD. Track on www.paxi.co.za

Not sure why it's going to MELKBOSSTRAND, i was on holiday there last year but i stay in joburg....

i get it that mistakes happens....so i logged a call , basically telling them the address is wrong.
this is Buffalo's reply:
Good Day, your parcel was sent out via Paxi as the couriers have been unable to handle the high volumes of parcels and this has caused a delay in our delivery times. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.

and this is Paxi's reply:
Hi Hanan, PEP MELKBOSSTRAND BIRKENHEAD (xxx)- this is the PAXI point that your parcel will be sent to.

I am now chatting to an agent from paxi and so far he told me:
"Melkbossstrand is in Cape Town

this is getting frustrating.....
 
I've long ago given up on Buffalo. Most of my Ali stuff is now UPS/Fedex/DHL. It's large'ish purchases so shipping cost is less of an issue where reliability/convenience is important.

Buffalo are terrible with communication, but i will never use DHL again, their fees are ridiculous
, also having a small fight with aramex at the moment....for me at least best to stick with Buffalo.

I am still amazed they sent my parcel to capetown though....

Hahaha that's weird that you hate DHL. I've had around 15 shipments in the last 2 months and DHL has always been the best of the lot, in fact they've collected stuff in Russia this morning - of all places. Fedex is OK and UPS I hate with a passion (but that's sometimes the only option - especially from Europe), but still miles better than Buffalo or Aramex

They are very efficient and quick.
But i had to pay almost R600 on a $50 parcel.
(and $35 shipping)

Yeah, R200 disembursement, sometimes another R150 because you a COD customer and the rest is VAT. Pointless for such a small value.
