Hi Guys

Anyone imported stuff from Banggood in the last two weeks or so?

Have this message on Buffalo's tracking site:

Still detained CBCU

Anyone having stuff detained by CBCU? And how long does this process take?

First time it happens to me as I normally select the tax free shipping option.

Same here. They don’t give feedback on their WhatsApp number
 
Couple of weeks ago i had the same thing happen it took two days and it was back on track and two days to get delivered .

Will call them again this morning.
 
I have got the same problem. Been on "Still Detained by CBCU" since Friday, but this morning a new update that says "Parcel Cleared on Buffalo System, STILL DETAINED BY CBCU"
 
I'm having the exact same issue, no luck in reaching them via phone or whatsapp either.. hoping for the best here.
 
I have a few detained now for about 9 days, still not released and no feedback from buffalo either
 
Finally one parcel released!

Same here, still stuck on "Parcel Cleared on Buffalo System, STILL DETAINED BY CBCU" since Wednesday.

I have another parcel that luckily got through and was ordered about the same time. Wonder how some parcels gets through while others gets stuck.

Always wondered how legit their tax-free shipping was, been using it since it became available. Is this maybe Customs being on the ball?
 
Hmmm, today both mine changed to "CBCU RELEASE", been stuck there from the 16th of Oct
 
Seems like between this morning and now mine also changed to "CBCU RELEASE". How long does it take for the delivery to happen when its released?
 
I now note that they use a new courier "Pargo" and the parcel will be delivered to Blade and Triggers no more deliveries to my door it seem?
 
I guess it depends on where you are because they are using fastway to deliver mine. Tbh i would have preferred they use pargo over fastway for me, because fastway in Bloemfontein is really really bad.
 
Same here. Been stuck for 2 days
 
My parcel "got lost" inbetween them and whoever the fcked up courier Co is. A couple of weeks later (Yesterday) got an email that they will refund me or send the item again. Opted for the item. Will see how this goes.
 
Must be honest I really don't know whats happening at Buffalo Logistics received my other parcel via Fastway Couriers.
 
Any movement to report here , mine still with customs.
 
I havent ordered anything from Banggood now for a good few months mainly coz i ordered 9 times this year and SARS is on my case for an importers code. But I must say Buffalo Logistics have been excellent throughout all my prior purchases
