Building New i7 PC - almost here! Any tips?

Yeah, more space in the haf as it's a full tower vs the snipers mid tower

also the sniper has dust filters over the haf which is cool!

would that 5870 2gb fit in the sniper you think?

And the corsair hx1000 psu

The Sniper is classified as a mid tower, but it just about has the space of a full tower. And yes, it will fit any graphics card, even the 5970. My 5850 still has oodles of room left over. Plus its all black inside :D

Hmmm now you got me thinking! Haha. I was set on the HAF 932, and now you say this!

So at the moment i keep jumping between :

Antec 1200
HAF 932 (sick case but the lack of filters and black interior sucks)
Storm Sniper

I dont think I wold mind having a full sized case due to the hoards of interior space!

Help me decide once and for all please! :D
 
Get the haf 932 and replace the side panel with 4 120mm silent fan with a fan controller :D, epic epic cooling that provides. The side fan on the 932 is very weak.

What difference does the interior of a case make? I cannot quite understand why this would be a factor in getting it or not.
 
All black interior is teh sexeh, that is why :D fxit_man, whats your budget for the case? All 3 of those cases are awesome, they all do a dam good job of air cooling everything. I'd say just pick the one that looks best.

That P2770H is awesome! And love how it's a HDTV as well!

But i'm thinking of maybe buying a different monitor and getting a tuner card for my PC then running Windows 7 Media Center so I can record etc.
 
2770 is very very nice. Have you considered the CM Stacker? I think its better than the HAF932, although that is just my feeling after installing and testing both - not based on any hard facts....
 
CM Stacker is quite a bit more expensive!

If it has the Air filters maybe i'd consider that over the HAF.

But I think i'm gonna go for the Sniper Black Edition..

If I go mid size, I will check out the Stacker and then decide

True that - technology constantly changes and improves so there will always be something new and better.
Enjoy building your new rig and next time you set out to build a system remember the golden rule.
