with the Sandy Bridge CPU's, the extension letters has the following attributes:
K: Able to overclock
S: Low power
T: Ultra low power
Given a budget of R7k, you won't be able to afford a R2.5k graphics card, R2k CPU & R2k motherboard, if the budget has to include the RAM, hard drive, DVD-drive, case & power supply too!
For a gaming rig and a R7k budget, I'd advise you to go for the VTX3D HD 6870 @ R1,999 from Wootware, Corsair CX500 PSU and an i5 2400 CPU and a H67 chipset motherboard or even a very cheap P67 one (under R1400).
The Corsair CX500 PSU costs like R70 more than the CM EPP 500W, but it is definitely worth it, seeing that the EPP 500W has only 1x 6-pin PEG connector.
