Bulk Mailing Server

We are looking for a bulk mailing solution to send out about 100,000 emails per day. I have no idea where to start looking for options or what development and infrastructure would cost.

Anyone have any good references or source for me to check out?

well this is what our client specified so i suppose that is up to him i just want to find out the options. currently he is using a service to facilitate this amount of mails, but there is no room for improvement on it, or further development, so we need to find out what we can offer him.

You can also have a look at www.aweber.com, they have quite a few options on approach and seem quite reliable and steady up to now.
