I once knocked a poster for his intermittent diet and another for his recommendation on what to do with MCT oil. Gave BC a bash and its the bomb.
Keeps you full for most of the day until you get your protein fix leading to ketosis.
Losing 2kgs a week with no feelings of deprivation.

Breakfast as the most important meal of the day is overrated. BC makes the fat storage your energy source.

I was being facetious really. You are all welcome to destroy your coffee to whatever extent you feel necessary ;)

How do you destroy coffee by adding oil in it?
Sure the taste is slightly different but as breakfast in a cup works very well.

Some people hate the taste. Some like it. I think once you've got your recipe down it's quite nice. It has to be blended well though and had hot.

I add teaspoon of Cocoa a pinch of Cinnamon and a couple of drops of Vanilla to it topped with fresh cream and it really hits the spot.
