I was there a few days ago and the place was closed off with black wrapping from the inside. So perhaps they are not actually open yet!
 
Review Centurion Burger King

Review:
Centurion BK

Venue 2/10 nothing wrong with a Fast food joint at a petrol station, but this is as dinky as one gets.
Service 9/10 Moving queue, constant stream of people, and even with the dinky setup they dont keep you waiting too long.
Fries/chips 4/10 overpriced, The so called large portion was quite small, has to double check that it was the large, quality average, wouldn't bother again, rather make at home or pop into McD's, way better and better portion.
Onion rings 1/10 - soggy and over priced, what a let down.
Whopper 8.5/10 great burger, I enjoy lots of lettuce and tomatoe and onions, and nice size patty, would get this again.
Big King 6.5/10 not big. It is more like a double junior burger - flavour was quite good.
Crispy Chicken 7/10 was expecting a bigger bun, as above, quite small, but ok if you like chicken.
Extra long chili cheese 6/10 very mild chilli, definitely not extra long, could easily eat 3 of these
Value for money 6.5/10 reasonable prices, the whopper (and obviously double whopper)is the only decent looking burger.

Would I go again - maybe for a whopper, the rest nope
 
Just had a Whopper with Bacon in Bali. It's not the bacon I am used to in SA. It was ok though. Hoping to have one in HK where I think the bacon quality is better.

What I did like is that it was sold was sold with coca cola rather than Pepsi.

We definitely have more options on the menu in SA. They don't have onion rings or the cheese chilli things.

My wife's cHickey burger was ok. Patty was uber thin though. We would not accept that in SA as a burger. It was about a tenth the size of a rounder burger.

While we don't have bacon in SA (which seems to be everyone's gripe), our BK could be worse.

Guess they will offer pap as a side one of these days, :p

Rice is also an option with meals, weird but the norm here. KFC sells the same way.

Had a Big Mac with bacon yesterday and it made me wonder why everyone is focusing their ire at BK for not having bacon on their menus?

Ah, but mcd has not gone the Islam route on us. Are you an Islam pacifist? Do you face east when you eat? The claim to do this in name of "freedom" for all to come and eat, but in fact they do this under the guise of religion.

In SA they have. You cannot get a bacon mcmuffin or a quarter deluxe with bacon in SA because they operate the same way BK does. McDs is just as halal as bk.
 
I'm a bit late on the review as Gauteng Burger King's are in weird places and have long queues. Tried the double whopper at Tygervalley mall and was disappointed. It is close to a McDonalds burger, better patty, less sauce, no cheese. I was expecting a level up to McD's, but it was more of a side move.

Agree with all your points however I did enjoy the extra long chilli cheese, it was yum!
