Not much more expensive than steers or McDonald's, but you get bottomless drinks.

Burger King just opened a mini branch at Sasol Garage in Randburg.... Down the road from the road lodge on malibongwe going towards fountainbleu....corner Republic and Silver Pine

Had lunch there today. Chips are a lot better compared to the Rosebank branch. It is quite a tiny establishment, though.

Yup, just grabbed late lunch from there. Was ready in 2 mins and no queue, so great. They are having some teething problems though

So ya i went to the BK for the first time there in randburg at the sasol.

There were A LOT of people in the shop. I got the standard whopper meal. It took about 4 minutes to get it even with it so busy.
As far as fast food goes, it was pretty damn good. Chips were lekker crispy and hot and didn't have that oily taste. Whopper had all the toppings, buns were fresh, condiments on the burger were fresh so ya, a big +1 to that.

Tried Burger King again at the Somerset Mall store, still disgusting. Won't return any time soon.

So I finally had a BK big king at Menlyn BK. Nothing particuarlly wrong with it, but for me it was exactly the same as MCDs just a bit more juicy. Of course the pepsi was nice

I did however think that the big king was rather small in comparison to steer's king burger :erm:
