Business Opportunity for Website Banner "coder"

HI

I'm looking for a software/graphic designer(if that's the correct term) that can create advertising banners for my website.
Basically you will have to create/design the banners and then put them in a code for me to use...something like this.

I don't think the coding is that difficult so you will have to be good at the graphical aspect of them i.e i want the banners to look professional. If i was better at photoshop I would to it myself but unfortunately i suck at it. Every customer that i get who does not yet have a banner which is coded, i will send the business your way.

Basically i'm tired of these damn affiliate ads and want to cut out the middle man so I get all the advertising fee and you(whoever you are) will get all the graphic design fee.No commission
