Hey everyone,

I had a vodacom 3g stick which I was planning on using for my Cell C account(after my Cell C one was stolen).

Does anyone know where I can get a 3G modem that will work on Cell C and Vodacom? The reason I want both networks, is because I make use of a mates Vodaconm contract now and then.

The E367 at 8ta is R699, at CellC it was something like R649.
Very good modem, i bought one from 8ta. I'm using it on VC & CellC.
 
Just pickup a vodacom prepaid internet starter pack R399 (modem and 100mb data for 12months.)
 
There are 3 different modems selling with Vodacom Internet Starter Pack. The one working with Cell-C is K3765.

Corrected: not K3565, but K3565 also works with CellC.

3G modems on prepaid are scarcer than hensteeth, every one is out of stock, or only for contract ...

Think it is time to phone someone I know, might just help ... :(

@ CellC no stock, i bought the one and only E367 from Telkom Direct.
 
Nothing, at Telkom Direct, sold out, Vodacom and MTN, only on contract, Cell-C, soldout ....

You where lucky boet ... , to get the last one ...

School holidays, and I need to get the kid an E367 ... , to keep him out of my hair for awhile ... :)

I got a vodacom K3565 z never used it if you are in durban R250 u can try it

Thanks for the offer, but I suspect, the K3565z is not suitable for playing Counter Strike:Source or Team Fortress 2, online in my reception area. Or any of the other online games my Son plays ...

I find that the faster modems produce lower pings ingame, ... , important for lag prevention ... :)

Besides, I am a long way from Durban :)
