Buying A Code 2 Stolen & Recovered with AAPV

I need some help with regards to a vehicle I’m looking to purchase on an auction site. It’s a code 2 stolen & recovered with AAPV, I’ve tried to gather some information but I need to know if you can remove the stolen title and will the vehicle be difficult to insure?

from my understanding once its listed stolen recovered there is no changing that

It will always be a code 2 and yes it will be difficult to insure.

Unless you are really hardup for the vehicle (which is clearly at a too-good-to-be-true price), rather walk away. You need to count the cost of the issues and your own personal experience that you are going to suffer.
