I have just moved and the new place only has a satellite dish, no aerial. Previous owners had DSTV.

I usually watch my shows via "other means" *cough* but I am thinking of getting DSTV easyview for the free to air channels.

Can I just pop down to my local Game to pickup the decoder/smart card/apply for the package etc or do I have to go to a specialist DSTV/Satellite store.

What McGuywer means (in his own surly way:)) is that yes you can pop in & buy one at any store that sells them?

If you signup for easyview, pay for the entire year - if you do you get one month free and save R20.

Why dont you give toptv a go?

I didnt know if Game sold them in the first place, hence the question.

From what I read, TopTV wont be compatible with a DSTV dish ?

Just tried to view the packages/pricing for Top TV, keep getting redirected to a mobi site which has no useful information.

Clearly they dont like Ubuntu users.

Each decoder has a signup form in the box, so just fill it in & fax or scan/email it as requested
TopTV dish points in a different direction
