Buying a laptop from amazon/ebay

Hi guys

Have any of you ever bought a laptop from these stores? I found something that I like, but I'm reluctant to pull the trigger in case something goes wrong and I need to get it repaired or something. I know that importing a product does not mean that the warranty is covered locally.

Any good or bad experiences to share?

Yup, many times. no issues so far.

It's a msi p65 8re. I'm particularly worried about it being an MSI as I've heard that their laptops sometimes have strange issues. I've posted in the msi thread and asked if my warranty will be valid.
