I have an online account with Esquire, but may be going past midrand next week, and thought I may pop past their shop on the way. Was wondering what I need to bring with me if I want to buy something from their physical store.

You need to know your account name, nothing else required.

They will just ask for account name or company name when you make a purchase.

nothing.

you walk in, the bored guard asks if you have an account, you say yes, its an online one, she lethargically hands you a form, you put your account name on, walk past the revolving barrier thingy and shop to your hearts content, hand over the form to the cashier - pay cash or debit card, not credit card and off you go onto your next life journey....

Quick question, are the other distrubutors better priced than Esquire?, Esquire is generally cheap with their memory cards and hard drives, but the rest is almost always the same priced, or like R5 cheaper than Makro/Game/Wootware etc.

i always pay with my credit card?

they have a big sign saying no credit cards (in the past they accepted credit cards, but added another 5% for service charges)

@Avenue

Thank you for the Post , when you get to the Xpress Store , give them you account number and they will issue you a Xpress Card

You can use this card to purchase from any branch Countrywide and also use the card for warranty purposes if you do not have your invoice on hand

Regarding payment as mentioned above you can pay with what payment you prefer, i.e. credit card , debit , EFT or Cash just not Diners or Amex

if you require any more information please do not hesitate to PM directly or email me [email protected]

Best Regards

Xpress card? Saves you having to have papers for warrantee issues? Wow, been a customer for 10yrs plus and never been offered one

This was a suggestion given to us by one of the MyBB members about 5-6 years ago which we implemented almost immediately
