then i get the screen where it is trying to send the reply, screenshot attached

i then i get the 3d secure error,screenshot attached

what on earth is causing this?

Getting some leon.davibe vibes here (not expecting you to get the reference)

Can Admin please move this to an appropriate forum, as I am not getting any replies.

Nothing wrong with off topic. Moving it may run the risk of hiding it even more.

I cannot recall when last I had 3Dsecure issues. Back in the day it was much more commonplace for me as you still had to enrol the card first, but that seems to not be necessary anymore. If your bank cannot solve it, you are out of luck though. Other than generating a new virtual card (not sure how Standard bank handles this), you are left with just moving bank?

Before then though, just make sure you were talking to the correct department within Standard Bank, as I have seen the front of house call centre staff not clicking what the issues are. You want to speak to the card division, or the 3d secure folk. To force their hand in this regards, try phoning the fraud number or the one on the back of the card very late at night after having a failed transaction. I've never had them not being able to see what was causing the issue and to advise accordingly.

thanks, but I have already changed banks. the screenshots came from my phone as the authentications come on your phone. i have removed my card and typed in card details by hand, that didnt work either. i aked them to speak to their developers LOL and ask why this is not working. i just dont understand it. it used to work, now not at all.

At the risk of repeating what I said, if the bank, card division, or the 3d secure folk cannot help you, no one can

I work for an online company and we sadly use Peach Payments as well and they really are not great... The amount of errors people get but they take the money off their account.

They also don't have the ability to reverse instant EFT so every failed transaction you need to manually EFT the person... It's my nightmare of things i have to do.

Interesting.. I interviewed there in 2024 and they told me I can't code to save my life... I wonder why

We have way too many orders failing for my liking and whenever we have quried it they blame the banks... And a random rise in orders that show failed on their portal but client got billed and then do charge backs...

They always blame the banks. Payfast also had their turn a while back with this kind of problem.

Is this all one transaction or multiple different ones?

Because I’m not sure how both Stitch and Peach Payments get involved.

Is this a straight purchase or one of those month to month loan repayment setups?
