Go to survey monkey and make a proper survey. Let us say who we have bought from, and then have radio buttons to choose 1 - 10 for each category.

A few you missed: Rebel Tech, PC Mall, Digital Planet, and although they're not online, PC Int - I buy from them and they deliver, no need to go to their shop. Look in the "SA PC shops" thread in this sub forum.

Beta test the survey before you release the URL, because I think the results could be very interesting and you want them to be accurate (don't go changing questions after 2 days, or adding companies late).

Let us know what the results are.

Prophecy is extremely good. For a first time buyer I'd recommend them or take2.

Take2 is probably the most professional of all the online shops with prophecy being a close second.

Sorry Im still abit of a new formite, didnt even know you could make a survey tbh.

I only made this thread because, in the coming year Im bulding up a brand new pc and dont want to buy parts at expensive stores. :D. For every rand you save adds to better and more powerful products that you can afford. ^^

My main concern is returning a good if it broke because I have some serious bad luck with pc components. So after purchase support is very important in cosing a shop to buy from.

If you need to do returns via take2 they send a courier for free to pickup the item.

Oh, because I've wanted to set up a survey for a while now, but I'm too lazy.

Anyway, Rebel Tech and NGR both have good prices, good service and reasonable returns policies.
