Toxic is correct Benz is Mercedes-Benz, but since you insist it's not then OPEL after GM full ownership is OPEL-GM and not the the oldest car maker.
And this was after WW2 since Hitler seized Opel, so the Opel-GM of today only counts from 1948.
Well then, seems like you two have work to do on Wikipedia.
