Opel isn't going to be called Opel anymore. From what I hear, the Opel range is going to be comparable to the Chev range from overseas. So its a name change, with a change in the models. So basically a big change

Ok.. if you're going to use company changes to justfiy Benz not being the oldest car maker in Germany.. then Opel doesn't count since they were wholly bought out by an American company in 1931 and are therefore not German anymore...

Toxic is correct Benz is Mercedes-Benz, but since you insist it's not then OPEL after GM full ownership is OPEL-GM and not the the oldest car maker.

And this was after WW2 since Hitler seized Opel, so the Opel-GM of today only counts from 1948.

You'll notice how few of the new model Opels you see on the roads lately. I grew up as an Opel supporter but over the two years or so I've sworn off ever buying another one again. Sadly what has killed the brand for me is the shocking after-sales service that I have been receiving.

Poor sheep... They'll have to do the same the the bears now, hitch a ride in Accent only, cause everyone knows a VW stays within a 20km radius of its workshop so they won't be able hitch with a VW
