A little chat thing would be cool from a job seeker side. I mainly would want to ask what company it's for but since job seeking is generally done after hours I'll bookmark an ad or something then forget to ever follow it up.

My take on this ad: Skip. No details - an unknown poster, no link to any agency or company. No location, no salary range. The spec in itself is not really too far-fetched. I can do everything the ad asks for. I am over 35. Some of us do come from a C background, currently operating in C# spaces. It depends on where your path has lead you, you could have worked in all the application levels. My point being: post a professional ad if you want to attract professionals.

This type of ad makes me wonder about the hiring company, that hires unprofessional agents, or even worse post this by themselves. Looks like the type of company that needs me to pack a crystal ball and a AK47 in my dev kit.

Yes it is a terrible ad..
I doubt its an agent... and if it is it is the worlds worst agent
