So by your logic he shot them in the water - whether they could swim or not is immaterial, in fact if they were attacking him he could still claim self defence, however this doesn't look good for him.

Who said they were alive when they got into the water? Anyhow details are sketchy at the moment, just hope this doesn't result in more unncessary violence.

Could be. And if it was a flesh wound it could mean that they did not die of their wounds. ( but I'm speculating and that is never a good thing. )

Of course it is important. If they were not fataly wounded and drowend themselves the farmer is not to blame.
 
Me thinks the farmer was attacked and he defended himself the cowards then ran when he got the better of them. This is standard for these twats. Very brave when they attack but become cowards when hammered.

Yes. I believe it is OK. He was defending his property. These ****s had no right to be there.

Why in this country are criminals' rights enforced and defended more vigorously than those of the law-abiding, tax-paying citizen? I don't understand this mentality.
 
He shot in the air and they skrikked and jumped up and the bullets hit them in the head, finish en klaar.
 
Maybe I have grown into a terrible human being living in a dangerous country....but I feel nothing for these guys. They got what they deserved. I say that as soon as someone is in your property and have no business being there...fcking shoot them and ask questions later. This thing of where a intruder needs to have a gun to your head before it is self defence is k@k.

Anyway....hope the farmer does not get into trouble. He did this country a favour. Two less oxygen thieves if you ask me.

It could even be that he shot at them using birdshot. As usual the info is sketchy. The were probably wounded, ran and jumped in the water where they drowned.

If the farmer shot them dead he wouldn't throw them in his dam afterwards as that would be doubly stupid: Either they sink and rot and polute his whole dam or they float, the cops investigate and charge him with murder and the illegal disposal of the 2 bodies.

We all know the cardinal rule: If you shoot and kill an intruder you get rid of the body. Whatever you do, do not call the cops.

Its more likely he used a shotgun. If someone was hit in the head and upper body with a pistol or rifle round they wouldn't be going anywhere.
 
He probably nailed them with a paintball gun and then they jumped in the dam and drowned. :twisted:

Anyway, he should've just dug a hole, turfed them in and that'd be that.
 
The farmer only shot them full of holes which meant they could not float anymore thus they drowned.
 
I'd give the man a medal 'cos my give-a-fsck-o-meter still registers absolute zero for these scum.
