Cabling the Indian Ocean

I dont mind if prices dont come down as long as we see mare for our buck at least 30 gigs a month and higher speeds so we we can experience the idea of broadband at its
best other wise between R200.00 and R500.00 a month is a lot lot of money two pay
for viewing web pages and shoping and making the occasional ip phone call.
 
yeah the cap and throttle should go all together and 2mb and 4mb should become affordable to the home user - ( affordable as in under R1000 - which is almost 5 times more expensive than other countries , i know it wont happen in my lifetiume lol, but one can dream :)
 
effects on HSDPA?

Coud i get 10Gigs for under R500?

15GB, 7.2Mbps HSDPA costs 30 pounds in UK
