Hi there

Many people have reported that the news section and “new posts” in the forum are not updating as expected. The content seems to be cached, and a hard refresh is needed to see new content.

Can you please check if you are experiencing this problem?

Hi there.
Currently I am not experiencing the problem though I was for most of the day.
It's not a hard refresh thing. The search ID that is returned each time you click on either What's New or Today's Posts is the same for each link (though different from each other, if that makes sense?)
A symptom of when it's happening is that you can hit "today's posts" rapidly in succession and get the same result, instead of the expected "You need to wait 10 seconds between searches" error.

Because you have the same search ID, a hard refresh will return the same results.

No probs for me: Win7, Linux Mint 14 & 15, Ubuntu 13.04 - Firefox/Waterfox, Chrome, IE - all working fine...

Saw it this morning on the news page, hard refresh was required.

Windows 7 Professional x64
Chrome 27.0.1453.94 m

I experience this problem in Chrome. Every now and again I have to shift f5 the page to get it to load properly. Alternatively I need to clear Chrome's cache every time I see the problem.

Edit1: Win 7 64bit, Chrome Version 27.0.1453.94 m

Edit2: I see it on other websites as well. It happens on news24, IOL and MyGaming as well at the very least.
