Calendar questions

Hi

My iPhone 5 runs iOS 7.04.

When I make an appointment in Calendar, how do I invite 3rd parties as in the Outlook/Thunderbird/Evolution way?

Also, entries made on the phone later become read-only and I obviously cannot edit these.

Advice, please

When you create an entry it has an area to enter who invitees are.

Just checked again. No field for invitees, hence this post.

Read-only happens randomly, seemingly not affecting all. I will sync a new event via iTunes to the MBP and see if that is where this is coming from.

Activated iCloud for that and now it works.

So we have bought Apple to use USB sync.
