Calender on outlook

Hi

I changed a workers default data file to a pst from an ost now his PA cannot view the calender on his laptop.
Is it because a pst data file cannot be shared ? or is there a way around this ?
or am I being a complete tard and missing something stupid that I havent tried/done

Well firstly, it was probably a shared calendar in Exchange before it was a PST file.
Then you created a Calendar within a PST file and now you want someone else on the network to access said PST file?

One thing is for certain, you'll need to share the folder with the PST in it, then make sure that only 1 person has it open at any one time.
Then you might be able to access it but unless you have a decent network speed, you'll be waisting their time.

IMO, the easiest is Google Calendar sync. Free, simple, synchronizes any PST file and can sync every 2 mins if you want to...

Much easier than sharing PST Files...

which version of Outlook, if 2007 or 2010 then you can do the following

publish the calendar to the web and grant the PA full rights once done
