Call centre issue

So I got a billing query but calling 180 pressing option 2 for accounts then option 8 to log a dispute just drops the call. There is NO option to speak to a consultant at all. Trying to use the chat function on the website to get a call back also is not working page just reloads no chat box appears like usual?

What is going on :rolleyes::mad:

Have you tried again? Could have been a problem with that vxml option?

Maybe they just don't want people to log disputes. Lol.

Yes. Still not working but managed to get through by selecting option 3 for help with another number and I don't know the number. The home products then contract query.
