Neotel's call centre is now totally non-operational - just so you don't waste your time trying to phone it.
 
Thanks, just tried for about 15 times, got a replacement phone but obviously those idiots at NoTel had to make sure it does'nt work.
So I guess no internet for the week-end.
@NeotelREp - this is a bloody disgrace - just when I thought the service could not get any more shocking you surprise us with this.
Get your act together - I'd expect this from rank amateurs!!
 
Geez I must be one of the really lucky ones then.

I've hardly had a problem with Neotel, I got my device in virtually no time at all(FEB) and since then my speeds have always been pretty good and my connection has been pretty stable for the most part. Only 1 or 2 days when it wasn't usable but that is to be expected with a wireless connection.
