Caller ID on Asterix server

Hi

If we make a call from one of the extensions on our Asterix server, the number is displayed as "private number"

Does anyone know what settings have to be changed on the Asterix server to display our telephone number?

Is it only the one ext or all ext. Normally your CLI is set in your trunk. If you dont use DID/DDI then ask your VoIP provider to force CLI

All extensions are doing this. Should have mentioned, we are using an ISDN line, and Telkom is totally useless in helping with this

If you use a ISDN phone and call out from the line directly, does it display CLI?

Note you have to use a ISDN phone on these lines, if you use a normal analog phone you will burn the phone
