Calling all OpenWeb 384k account holders

Would just like some feedback from the OpenWeb customers with regards to 384k lines/accounts. I have looked at a few ISP's and looks like the following two OpenWeb accounts to be best matched for me.

1. Uncapped LITE - Unshaped account @ R196
2. Gold Uncapped - Lower contention ratios @ RR318

Now my question is as follows, which option?
On the one hand I do a lot of online gaming which I assume the unshaped would be the better option. On the other hand (lets be honest) I download Torrents. Not as much as many users, but still sometimes, would the Gold account be beneficial here. I am still undecided however of which account to take. Also what is OpenWeb service/support like? And what are their normal browsing, and HTTP downloads like?

Yes, I have also read through a lot of the "OpenWeb uncapped feedback" threads, but still between two minds. Hence asking purely for responses from 384k customers and their experiences.

Gold or nothing .

ask for IS backbone on gold package as better for torrents then vodacom one.

lite is only unshaped for while then you get throttled.
 
Yup Gold.

Although I would rather suggest going on the Neology backbone. I tried Vodacom and IS and found Neology to be the best...well in Cape Town for ME, at least.
 
I'm in the same boat,also considering a 384k account from Openweb. My choices are Gold or Unshaped,and I can't seem to make up my mind on either :)
 
Thanks for the info chaps, it seems the vote is unanimous.

Hopefully their service and support is up to scratch?
