I would like to know what CPU you have and what Windows Experience Index you got.

Core 2 Duo E7500: Index = 4.6
 
Intel C2Q6600 @3.0ghz: Index = 7.1

Out of curiosity, what HDD do you have? I guess the only way to increase the HDD scores are to use SSDs.

Yip looks like cheeta's and ssd' are gonna score betta. I got SataII Seagates (two 500gigs one is a .11 other is a .12) my .11 is one of the bad batch, luckilly i flashed it befor it wen awol on me! been running fine now for about a year.
