Have you installed SP1 for Windows Vista?

On the Camera, does it have a option to set it from CAMERA to HDD

You know, like, my HP allows me to set it from CAMERA mode (which then can be used with the HP software) to HDD (it's like a flash drive with the pictures on) ?

Have you tried that?!?

Bit of a long shot since the dev manager is not seeing it but:

Check if you can see the drive letter that its mounted to in the safely remove dialog (left double click, not right). Dunno about vista, but in xp you can see the letter when you select the display all components checkbox. Sometimes windows can access drive even though they are not listed under my computer.

Try plugging that drive letter into an explorer address bar/run.

First install the vista drivers for this camera (if there are) then plug in the camera. You can always get a card reader for the pc and just pop the camera flash card in there
