Cancel Mweb

On this site I found information to cancel my MWeb account as it's too expensive to wait on a cell phone for service. The email address given was [email protected] . The email server bounced my email back with the following:
-- Recipient email server rejected the message
Additional information follows :
-- 5.4.14 Hop count exceeded - possible mail loop ATTR34 [VE1EUR02FT017.eop-EUR02.prod.protection.outlook.com]

Please tell how I can cancel my mweb account. I still wish to retain my present Mweb e-mail address though.

Message them on Facebook... they are slow in responding, but it may take a day or two. Note, no Mweb = no Mweb email. Get yourself a Gmail account.
