3 weeks ago my coverage changed, consequently I now get speeds of at most 90kbs. If I cancel now would I be within my rights to refuse to pay any cancellation fees (namely the payment of the modem)? Neotel has broken the terms of our agreement after all.

Revolving, see the following thread: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php?t=174235

Ultimately, get Neotel to install a antenna (that they pay for) and if that doesn't fix your situation, you can then take it anywhere you want (legally) with Neotel and they won't have a leg to stand on because you can't have coverage one minute and no coverage next minute.

I just love it when threads are deleted.... Shows me what a site is worth..
The only deleted threads in this section for the past month or more are all spam related (although the one on "Tamiflu and Relenza discounts" does seem more poignant at this time). Can you be more specific?

I have cancelled mine about 2 weeks ago. Neotel does not charge for the device if you give it back. They will come fetch it from you.
