Funny enough, since I started enquiring about cancelling the contract, my connection quality went from bad to acceptable. Co-incidence? Probably. I'll hold on for a bit longer and see what happens. Now I just need to sort out the statement issue. Still not receiving any statements. Armando, I'll send you another pm regarding that.
